Purpose & Scope

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs all use of the Claudie platform, APIs, AI agents, and any services operated by SakuraCloudID Holdings.

This policy applies to:

  • Individual users and developers
  • Enterprise customers and their authorized users
  • API consumers and developers building on Claudie's API
  • Beta testers and early access participants

Violations of this AUP may result in account suspension, service termination, or legal action. This AUP is incorporated by reference into the Terms of Service and must be read in conjunction with those terms.

Permitted Uses

The following uses of Claudie are permitted and encouraged:

Software Development & Coding

Using Claudie to write, review, debug, refactor, document, or test code for lawful software projects, personal or commercial.

AI Agent Automation

Building and deploying AI agent pipelines for legitimate business automation — data processing, CI/CD assistance, report generation, customer support drafts.

Learning & Education

Using Claudie to learn programming concepts, explore algorithms, study code patterns, or assist in academic research (with proper attribution where required).

Enterprise Integration

Integrating Claudie via API into internal tools, development environments, and enterprise workflows under a valid commercial agreement.

Content & Documentation

Generating technical documentation, README files, API references, internal wikis, and developer-facing content.

Prototyping & Research

Rapid prototyping, proof-of-concept development, and AI/ML research under lawful and ethical conditions.

Prohibited Uses

The following uses of Claudie are strictly prohibited:

Malware, Ransomware & Cyberweapons

CRITICAL

Using Claudie to write, modify, distribute, or deploy any malicious code including viruses, ransomware, trojans, spyware, rootkits, keyloggers, DDoS tools, or exploits targeting systems without authorization.

Illegal Content Generation

CRITICAL

Generating child sexual abuse material (CSAM), content that sexualizes minors in any form, non-consensual intimate imagery, or any content illegal under Indonesian law or the laws of the user's jurisdiction.

Weapons & Mass Harm Facilitation

CRITICAL

Requesting assistance with designing, building, or deploying biological, chemical, nuclear, or radiological weapons, or any device intended to cause mass casualties.

Circumventing AI Safety Measures

HIGH

Attempting to jailbreak, prompt-inject, reverse-engineer, or otherwise bypass Claudie's safety filters, content policies, or model guardrails through adversarial prompts or system manipulation.

Unauthorized Access & Intrusion

HIGH

Using Claudie to gain unauthorized access to computer systems, networks, or data — including writing exploits for unpatched vulnerabilities in production systems you do not own or have explicit written permission to test.

Disinformation & Political Manipulation

HIGH

Generating synthetic disinformation, fake news, coordinated inauthentic content, or AI-generated propaganda intended to manipulate public opinion, elections, or democratic processes.

Identity Fraud & Impersonation

HIGH

Using Claudie to impersonate real individuals, organizations, or government entities — including generating fake official documents, forged credentials, phishing content, or social engineering scripts.

Intellectual Property Infringement

HIGH

Using Claudie to deliberately reproduce, redistribute, or circumvent protections on copyrighted works, trade secrets, proprietary source code, or patented technology without authorization.

Spam & Mass Unsolicited Communication

MEDIUM

Generating bulk spam emails, SMS blasts, or automated unsolicited marketing messages at scale, particularly those violating CAN-SPAM, GDPR, or Indonesia's UU ITE provisions.

Unauthorized Scraping & Data Harvesting

MEDIUM

Using Claudie to build tools that scrape personal data, bypass rate limits, or harvest data from systems in violation of their terms of service or applicable law.

API Abuse & Resource Exploitation

MEDIUM

Sending excessive automated requests to degrade service quality for others, reselling API access without authorization, or using Claudie to train competing AI models without written consent.

Surveillance Tools & Stalkerware

MEDIUM

Building tools designed to covertly monitor individuals without their knowledge or consent — including stalkerware, covert GPS trackers, or non-consensual employee surveillance systems.

Responsible AI Use Guidelines

Claudie is a powerful tool, but it is not a substitute for human judgment. To use Claudie responsibly:

  • Human Review Required: AI outputs must be reviewed by a qualified human before deployment in production, medical, legal, financial, or safety-critical contexts.
  • Final Responsibility Rests with You: Claudie is a tool, not a decision-maker. You retain full responsibility for any decisions made based on AI outputs.
  • Human-in-the-Loop: When using AI agents for consequential actions, implement appropriate human-in-the-loop checkpoints to verify outputs before execution.
  • Disclose AI Involvement: Where required by law or professional ethics, disclose that AI was used in the creation of content or decisions.
  • Expert Review: Do not represent Claudie's outputs as your own original expert opinion in regulated fields without appropriate professional review and validation.

Security Research Exception

Legitimate security researchers may use Claudie for the following activities:

  • Capture the Flag (CTF) challenges and educational exercises
  • Authorized penetration testing under a written scope agreement
  • Vulnerability research on systems you own or have explicit written authorization to test

Important: Claudie must NOT be used to develop or deploy actual exploits against production systems or real users.

We encourage responsible disclosure. Report security vulnerabilities to security@claudie.id. We maintain a coordinated vulnerability disclosure program and appreciate good-faith research efforts.

Enforcement

Violations of this AUP will be addressed according to the following enforcement matrix:

Appeals: If you believe an enforcement action was taken in error, you may appeal by emailing legal@claudie.id within 14 days of the action. Include your account details, the action taken, and the basis for your appeal.

We reserve the right to report illegal activity to relevant Indonesian authorities (Bareskrim Polri, BSSN) or international law enforcement where applicable.

Enterprise customers: violations may trigger provisions in your Master Service Agreement, including suspension or termination of services.

Reporting Violations

If you encounter abuse of the Claudie platform, please report it:

  • General abuse: abuse@claudie.id
  • Security vulnerabilities: security@claudie.id

We investigate all reports within 5 business days. Good-faith reporters will not face retaliation. Anonymous reports are accepted but may limit our ability to follow up and provide updates.

Updates to This Policy

We may update this AUP as Claudie evolves and new risks emerge. Material changes will be announced via email to registered users and a banner on the website, with at least 30 days' notice before the changes take effect.

Minor changes, clarifications, or enforcement updates may be made without notice. The effective date at the top of this policy will be updated with each revision.

Your continued use of Claudie after any changes constitutes acceptance of the current version of this AUP.
